All deposits, purchases, and fees associated with Fantasy Cricket on Play to Triumph are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and will review cases only if there is a clear error associated with the transaction.
If you believe there has been an error with any deposit, purchase, or fee paid on Play to Triumph, please notify us within 3 days of the transaction date. We will review the case and determine a resolution at our discretion.
Play to Triumph reserves the right to cancel any matches for any reason, with or without prior notice. In such cases, we will refund all fees paid for the canceled matches within 1-3 business days.
Users are prohibited from joining any game rooms after the related match (identified by the Series) has commenced.
